This is my attempt at a nostalgic revival of the Lotus Esprit

The shape harkens back to the wedge-shape era, making way for a tribute in this redesign. Mixed with it is simpler iteration of the current Lotus design language seen in the Emira and Evija but not depending on it completely, instead taking inspiration to show  the car that might come after the last generation Esprit.

The design mix also includes some inspiration from the 2010 Esprit concept, as a way to make it easier to include into the design language as a possibility, regardless of being a completely faithful redesign or not. In this case, this redesign is supposed to fit between the 2010 concept and the upcoming 2022 Esprit marking the transition to electric powertrain for Lotus

The mix of design languages into this produces an Esprit that would be a something which the faithful fans might find easier to accept initially, after all first impressions matter in exterior design and should encourage in human minds to bring forth curiosity and the urge to take a closer look
